Measurement of floor flatness according to DIN & VDMA customized corrections
Unevenness, joints and cracks not only represent a safety risk, but also have a significant impact on the profitability of a warehouse operation because high-bay forklifts can only be operated at a significantly reduced speed.
In order to avoid costly problems and loss of time, the floor of a high-bay warehouse should always be measured before it is put into operation. The reworking of the floor, which is required in many cases, can be carried out quickly and easily in a hall that is still empty.
We can diagnose problems in existing halls using precision measurements according to DIN and VDMA. Depending on the condition of the floor, we offer individual solutions for correcting and refinishing unevenness.
Even in long-standing warehouses, problems with floor flatness can be treated professionally.
We use the following standards in our work: DIN 15185, DIN 18202 (line 3 and line 4), EN 15620 and VDMA.
Our Services
No matter what requirements and wishes you have for us, we offer a wide range of solutions and services for flatness testing and floor correction.
- Floor flatness test according to DIN 18202, DIN 15185, EN 15620 and VDMA
- Joints: Exchange for sandable systems
- Grinding of the high rack aisles according to VDMA standards
- Partial grinding for high-bay forklifts with compensation axle
- Coating of high-bay aisles according to VDMA standards
Floor flatness test according to DIN & VDMA
Forklifts can transport loads up to a height of 20 m. If the ground is uneven, the forklift driver, the load and the forklift itself are at risk: the forklift becomes unstable, the driver then has to reduce speed to avoid accidents, which reduces productivity in the warehouse.
We carry out the measurements with the “Floor Profiler”. This is a self-propelled measuring robot, certified by the VDMA. This allows us to provide you with extremely precise data, as the robot continuously detects the smallest unevenness using a laser system. Profiling results are transmitted automatically and are immediately available for evaluation.

Milling of floors with high planimetry according to VDMA regulations
Our specialized grinding machine offers you incredibly precise results at high working speeds. This means your operations are interrupted as little as possible: while the polishing system is working, warehouse operations can continue.
Level warehouse floors can significantly increase the productivity of warehouse operations as forklifts can work at their maximum speed and transport more loads. At the same time, the risk of accidents caused by forklifts or loads tipping over is reduced.
Thanks to the higher productivity, your investments will pay off quickly. As a rule, the ROI is achieved after 1.5 to 2 years and you then benefit from the higher returns from increased productivity.
Our grinding machine collects the dust generated extensively, so that during the work your warehouse can only be used temporarily to a limited extent in the affected area.

Connections for soils with high planimetry
We offer you various grindable joint systems that can be used in narrow aisle warehouses. These are particularly suitable because the joint area should also meet the requirements of the VDMA standard EN15620.
In addition, we are able to lay concrete floors in such a way that they already meet 90% of the VDMA/EN 15620 standards. This eliminates the need for expensive regrinding work.

Effective concrete floor cleaning with sealing, easy to clean and without the formation of dust
The wet cleaning process using a wet cleaning device offers a dust-free solution for thorough floor cleaning. A special cleaning agent on rotating pads is used to loosen dirt while the device simultaneously applies and vacuums water and cleaning solution. The floor is not only cleaned but also dried and then sealed to protect it from damage and provide a glossy finish.
In the attached photo you can see a before and after comparison. As can be clearly seen, the floor is cleaned and polished after the treatment, thus preventing further dust being raised.

Over 30 years of expertise in the field of precision measurements & corrections
Regardless of whether it is the commissioning of a new high-bay warehouse or the correction of an existing floor, our tailor-made solution will convince you.
Our team will carry out measurements on your floor. The data obtained is automatically transferred to our software and is available there for subsequent analysis and project documentation.
We analyze the measurement data generated and provide you with the results so that you can check which areas of your warehouse are outside the specified tolerance range.
We will then work with you to find the optimal solution and carry out the floor correction professionally. The measurements are continuously taken again and the correction made is checked.
Our main goal is to provide you with excellent service. Our company guarantees exceptional results, so you no longer have to worry about unevenness in your bearing.
